Making The Groove Together is a fun musical workshop on the theme of cooperation. The different groups or departments taking part create their own rhythms, and the other groups interact with them in a musical dialogue. It’s an interactive workshop, focusing on initiative, alertness, communication and cooperation. This workshop will shake you awake and sharpen all your senses! By making music together you’ll gain a whole new vision of cooperation, and a surprising and original perspective on the roles and functions within your organisation. Making The Groove Together will give a refreshing impulse of energy to any team.

- Instruments

All instruments are provided by Drums and Barrels. We can send you a list of our wide range of quality instruments on request.

- Number of participants

The number of participants can vary from 10 to around 1,000, partly depending on your chosen workshop.

-Location

We can provide our workshops throughout the Netherlands and beyond.
The workshops can take place at your own premises, at the location of your choice, or at a venue specially selected and recommended by us. With her many years of experience, our event manager Caroline Koldeweij knows of many great locations. What’s more, Drums and Barrels works in cooperation with a variety of attractive venues for our workshops, perhaps in combination with a lunch or dinner or other indoor or outdoor activities.

has provided workshops for numerous multinational companies, with participants of many nationalities. We can easily present our workshops in English, French, German or Spanish as well as Dutch.
We can leave you with a permanent reminder of your workshop by creating a photo set on disc, or even a video presentation on DVD.
